Account protection (BUG) is the worst system invented.

When I try to change my password it states "A passcode has been sent to the email address: *******@hotmail.com. This pass code will expire in ten minutes. Please enter the code you receive." I completely agree with this system but when the Automated emails aren't getting through then what the fk do I do?

I know it's certainly my email because I also tried to change to a new email adress and entered the same email and it comes up with "That's already your email address." in red.

I don't recieve any code whatsoever I've resubmitted the form over a million times! and it's my own account, this is a joke. It doesn't go to spam folder/Inbox or anywhere for that matter. THE EMAILS REFUSE TO COME!
