When you play as Braum, using his W is stated to let you jump to an ally and give Braum and said ally an armor/magic resistance buff. However, when Braum uses the ability on minions, the minions do not show any buff in armor/magic resistance.
To recreate the bug, just play as Braum, select a minion to view their stats, and then use W on the minion and you'll see that the minion armor/magic resistance dont change.
I don't think this is a bug. I'm reading his tooltip from the wiki:
ACTIVE: Braum leaps to the aid of the targeted ally, positioning himself between his target and the enemy champion closest to them. On arrival, Braum gains bonus armor and magic resist for 3 seconds. If his target is a champion, they will also receive this buff.
According to the League of Legends website, the skill says: "Braum leaps to a target allied champion or minion. On arrival, Braum and the ally gain Armor and Magic Resist for a few seconds."
