Quinn Bug
Ive noticed some bugs with quinn.
- When I vault, itll prevent me from autoing/will just make me stand there, as has kept me out of auto range still.
- Still get killed by basic attacks when I blind someone.

The blind thing hasn't been fixed yet. They said they were still working on fixing the tech, as it used to be AA started at an earlier part in the code. They have it mostly fixed, but since they haven't been able to test to make sure it works in all occasions (they have to fix the AA thing for all the champs), they decided to leave it out of 5.6
