[GAMEPLAY] Bonus attack speed in aram

It's been more than a match now that entering ARAM with anyone causes me and the whole team to have bonus attack speed. Thinking of a mistakes in runes and masteries I checked and double checked, but nothing was wrong in them, and it couldn't happend to be a mistake of my teammates aswell. I would like to point out that I 'never' considered to watch the stats of a teammate wich was AD (like Ashe or Jax) because I thought it would be normal for them to have some attack speed bonus from masteries or runes.

Everyone has this little bonus in attack speed (something insignificat like +0.030). The ARAM tooltip aura don't state anything about attack speed so I was wondering.
