[Gameplay] Anivia Q range indicator staying on screen after being cast

I have my spells set to 'quick cast with indicator' so if I hold down the button it shows the range and releasing casts the spell. With Anivia's Q (and possibly her other spells or other champions spells I didn't test this) holding down the button then releasing it and pressing it again before the cast time finishes causes the range indicator to come up again, which sometimes causes issues with how the mouse moves.

Steps to replicate:

  1. Play Anivia
  2. Change her Q keybinding to 'quick cast with indicator'
  3. Hold down Q to show the indicator
  4. Release Q but quickly tap it again

Occurs 100% of the time (as long as you do it before the projectile spawns, in this case the Q just detonates) and is not item dependent (I was able to do it in a match with 0 items).

In this case, moving my mouse caused the indicator to move but locked my mouse back to the path of the spell (meaning I couldn't move to the left as I was trying to).

This shows that the bug is repeatable. To clarify what is happening in some cases, If nothing is done between the bug occurring and Q coming off cooldown, as soon as it comes off of cooldown the indicator will popup and left clicking causes the spell to be cast again (right click dismisses this as normal). In some cases I was able to right click to dismiss the range indicator and carry on as normal (hence why it disappears at some points).

As you can see I couldn't replicate the way my mouse was locked to the spell's path so there must have been something more going on.

The Q is still able to be re-cast as normal and this gets rid of the range indicator.
