The game freezes up and left me with a "critical error" that crashed my entire computer. I couldn't open the task manager or leave the frozen screen of the moment before the client crashed. I was forced to completely restart my computer in the middle of a ranked game which I inevitably lost due to the several minutes I was forced to afk. I have heard that other windows users are experiencing this issue.

I have run into this bug twice as well. Both times in ranked, and both times I was playing Ziggs. What champ were you playing? It seems to have started with 8.13. At least I never saw it before then.
