Lissandra ult bugged on ARAM

I'm not sure if it's bugged on SR, but the Lissandra self-casted untargetable and invulnerable ult isn't doing it's desired affect on ARAM. Two times in a row I ulted and was just killed through it, actually made me more of a target and lost the game. There's no reason to even play her... Frozen in ice and and unable to cast spells while the enemy team wrecks you. Nice.
