A crash Bug

I can't connect to game. When i start game and after lock in, i can't connect, they disconnected me and write "Internet problem", and when i go to reconnect they again diconnected me and write the same thing, over and over again. But, there is not internet problem with me, and bcz of that I'm in low priority que, 20 min wait. I use Windows XP, is that problem, why i can't connect to game. This is 3th game, where i just wait to end, bcz i can't connect to game. I have no internet problems, i just check it with my internet customer. I hope that someone will help me, thank you.
