League acts weird with a second screen

While my second screen is plugged in, from time to time my first screen will start flickering between the game screen and a black screen. it's not constantly, and the frequency of flashes fluctuates. Without the second screen these problems do not occur. I've checked to see if it is my setup, though I have yet to encounter this problem with any other game.
