[Gameplay] Cho'Gath ult going on cooldown incorrectly

If you Feast a minion and it dies during the animation (before damage is dealt), Feast has no effect but goes on its full 80-second cooldown. Forgive me if this is intended, but given recent changes to things of this nature my assumption is that it is not.
