Edit: It logged in after like a minute but that's way longer than I usually wait. Also ranked queue for SR and TFT was gone. Then the fucking sound disappeared.
I have the same issue on EUW. When I try to log in I get "Waiting in Queue" screen with "Current possition: 20000" and "Approximate wait time: Unknow" for minute or two. Then it lets me in but i can't create any ranked lobby. EUNE works fine for me. I tried to "Initiate Full Repair" but that didn't fix it.
