Why is this icon still in the game??

*note: just rediscovered this file on my desktop today, so this happen on January 18 on v8.1 & FYI that was the icon for eve's old e ,Ravage. Why did game pull this image up? I would imagine that during the update they would have remove and replaced the old icon.
