[GAMEPLAY] Creep score bug

Hello,

I discovered a bug couple of days ago, but didn't really pay attention to it. Today, it happened again. So, briefly, it happens randomly at some points in time in game when some of your CS (creep score) goes up and down. I don't know if something causes it. I've got couple of screenshots that might help you understand how it happens. If the screenshots are not useful, please let me know. I will try to reproduce the bug (if it's not a feature :D) and if I will be able to reproduce it, I will record a video.
