I have 0 RP and IP on my PBE acc

I made free PBE acc yesterday,and after I log in I see 0 RP and IP,I cant buy anything in shop and I didnt get IP after game is done

i also made my PBE acc a couple days ago and didn't get any RP or BE haven't played a game yet so i dont know if i'll get it then.

Since so many people are now getting a pbe acc, there will be a while till the servers can connect and settle down. I got mine 2 or 3 days ago and until today i was finally able to go to the store and buy stuff.

i have new account too, today i have 3000RP and 5 blue essence, every day this will be restored .
