Unlocking Riven...

When i unlock Dawnbringer Riven (skin), will it also unlock the champion as well. And if so which loot item do i need to forge to do so; "Orb of Order" or "Dawnbringer Riven Icon and Border". Any input would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

You get the border by having 280 order tokens and just buying it from the loot menu
