[CLIENT] Lost all runes bought in Season 5 upon repairing Client

When I logged into game after deciding to repair client patcher and checking my runes, I noticed that a huge amount of my runes were gone, most of my quints, seals and glyphs were gone. Upon further inspection I realized that I only had the runes which I had bought before the start of Season 5, so yeah, several months of IP gone. Please tell me how to fix or restore my lost runes. EDIT: The champions I bought are also gone.
