Ivern Q bug, still not being fixed??

When Ivern Q's, and clicks on the rooted target, he dashes into MELEE RANGE, which would be fine if Ivern was still a melee champ when not in a bush, but now he is perma ranged, so going into their melee is VERY VERY VERY detrimental to Ivern's support / mage / jungle playstyle. Rito pls fix before ranked launches.

People complained that he was dashing to his actual range when they changed him to be permanently ranged so they made it always dash to melee range. This is working as intended.
