Buying Hunter's Machete without smite [GAMEPLAY]
The bug enables you to purchase Hunter's Machete without getting the summoner spell Smite. However, once you purchase the item, it automatically disappears. You cannot undo the purchase, and the item stats are gone. The steps to reproduce (roughly) are as follows:
- Get enough gold to buy Spellthief's Edge, and upgrade to Frostfang.
- Get enough gold to purchase Brutalizer.
- Get enough gold to purchase the Hunter's Machete Warrior Enchant.
- Sell the Frostfang, then Undo. Repeat several times.
- Eventually, the Machete will be unlocked and you will be able to buy it. (See screenshot).
Image I've tried it on two games and managed to recreate the bug, although once it took a while to appear.
