So uh I got this gift card as gift haha... it won't work. I have used them in my life many times, but this is first time having problems with it. It says "an error has corrupted, code incorrect" even tho it's written right. (since I checked it always 3 times and wrote over and over again. Idk what to do ;-;
hyperion31821 votes1/ Maybe you redeemed it during EUW instability last night and its now bugged. 2/ Maybe there was an issue at the shop where the card was bought.
You should contact Player Support and explain everything. Be patient, be detailed. Let us know how it goes. https://support-leagueoflegends.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new "RP purchase, store issue" category.
