Just finished playing a match where I went against a Leblanc. I noticed at first that I heard the sound FX for Flash every time she recast her W. After more time I looked closely at her figure, and sure enough the Flash particles appeared along with the sound FX. Has anyone else noticed this?
hey, I feel like she has some bugs. When I played her I noticed several times that the w sounds are not played correctly. Could be similar to the bug you described
Now that you mention it, a friend with whom I played recently complained that LB was just a noisy champ.
He said ''That champ is useless and just plain noisy, all flashy sounds when she casts abilities are just annoying''.
I wasn't sure why he was saying that.
I often play LeBlanc, and after 6.13 I noticed the same thing. Her W recast sounds and looks like flash... It's kinda annoying, the first time I thought "fuck I wasted my flash" or "who the hell did just use flash?"...
Yep, had that too today. Its abit confusing not knowing how many escapes she has left, when deciding if one should try to finish her.
Oh, this explains why a Blitzcrank said "NA Flash" after I tried to Distort away today.

can confirm have been seeing this issue every single time there is a Leblanc in my games. I always think they use flash for some reason until i remember it's bugged.
