disconnecting and unable to reconnect even when reloading. lost a series game due to the problem.

I was playing a ranked game and in the middle of a team fight I started to attempt to reconnect. It wasn't reconnecting so I decided to re-log but as soon as I reconnect, I get the "attempting to reconnect" again and I cant move. so I try and try but every time I reconnect by re loading the game i get the same results. Please fix this.

I was even doing a ping test during the game and it was fine.
