[GAMEPLAY] Xerath's e stun goes through spellshields

Xerath's E stun goes through spellshields such as nocturn's and sivir's. The damage does not go off but the stun still does. I have not tested this against morgana's blackshield, banshees or edge of night To replicate

1. Throw xerath's e at someone with a spellshield
2. have that champion active their spellshield
3. that champion should be stunned but NOT take any damage
