Bugsplat at loading screen

So I've been having some issues with loading in for a little while now, until now it's just been taking forever, but with the new patch whenever I try to connect instead of connecting like normal I get a black screen, and it might say the patch info in the bottom left, then it will stop responding, I can try to reconnect, but it won't work until the game has started. So far I've repaired my client, completely reinstalled, restarted my router, updated directx and my graphics card driver (AMD), so I really don't know what else I can do at this point. (also quick edit I've been having issues connecting to the game initially since about 7.12/7.13, but it's just recently gotten to the point of crashing)
