Soraka Ult Bug!!! pls fix it

Sorakas Ult has a Cdr Bug. When i instantly Ult after my respawn with Soraka, the Ult has the full Cdr (ignoring my Cdr). So Sorakas Ult has on lvl 1 160 sec cdr without Cdr, when you have 40% cdr on her your Ult lvl 1 has just 96sec Cdr. So when you now Ult instantly after your respawn with 40%cdr, your Ult has the full Cdr without consider the cdr. It happens in my Games and i successfully testet in in the Sandbox mode. I also tried it with 20% Cdr but here was all fine.
