Promo Loss during champ select [CLIENT]

I was in the ban phase of my first promo game when the client lagged out and didn't read my duo's ban on my client. Due to this it resulted in myself having to wait at 0 seconds while it said it was the ban prior to mine's turn to ban. Due to this I lost my promos. What can I do to fix this, as I already had to win a game for 1 LP just to get there, it is beyond frustrating.
