[GAMEPLAY] Quinn undo bug

While Quinn was free I noticed a bug right after I had bought an item. I was unable to click undo after using my ult inside the fountain on Summoners rift. Every time I ulted in the fountain it reset the undo button even though you never move.

1. Play Quinn
2. Go to the fountain once you're level 6
3. Buy an item.
4. Click R and wait for the cast time.
5. Try to click "undo".

This happened EVERY time I played her, it was quite annoying since you'd like to ult up as soon as possible while playing Quinn. Ulting becomes a natural habit, not being able to refund after you ult is a big downside.
