Warwick Q <> Sett R Potential Bug

Hi,

Unfortunately I don't have a video of this as it occurred to me in game and I was very surprised, but you could easily test this in a training environment. Warwick's Q is an ability that, if held, will "attach" Warwick to the enemy champion for a second or so, and then Warwick pops out on the other side of the champion from where he initiated the ability. This has the bonus functionality of allowing Warwick to travel with the champion if they perform a dash or teleport during the second or so in which Warwick is attached. Great so far. However, in a game this week when I did Warwick's Q on a Sett, he initiated his R on me during the time that I was attached to him. This resulted in me escaping from Sett's R, which I don't think is the intent. My assumption is that Sett's R, having a longer cooldown and being an ultimate, should beat Warwick's Q, and the Q should not be a counter to his R.
