hacker spotted

uhm i was playing normal on SR and a graves was hacking? every tim he autoattacked his e was up again, this looked stupid cause he could like use hs e with a 0 second cooldown, he told me he would send the link, i havnt recieved but ill send it if i get it. he also told me that he could use hacks on multiple champs, he said he could spam infinite soldiers on azir and use ashe w with 0 sec cooldown? i reported but he said he had 20 accounts , maybe fix the hack?
