Whenever I play Thresh with Blood moon skin, with Relic Shield, the item passive is not working. The auto-attack will hit but it will not execute the minion. However, the gold is still shared if I get the last hit.
I've tried this over 4 games and it happened everytime. Normal Thresh is not affected by this bug.
Sir - do me a favor and Search the boards for Thresh and Relic Shield. You will see literally dozens of threads that remind users that Thresh is a Ranged champion. If you read the text on Relic shield it's a Melee Execute. Not a bug.
What Timothy said. The execute damage only happens with melee attacks, while Thresh is ranged. The rest of the proc works regardless (the gold/heal) but you have to last hit them normally.
I find it odd that you came to the conclusion that the base Thresh skin didn't work the same. You weren't very thorough...
