My favorite IBLITZCRANK skin is bugged

in the latest patch,a new bug came in with iblitzcrank,when you activate W-overcharge,his right hand detaches when you start moving,if you start moving with W on,he will fly,and when he takes off,his right hand stays in place for a small amount of time,its pretty funny but i'd love to see it fixed https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z9iWDO-vwj8&feature=youtu.be i recorded and uploaded it on youtube,here's the evidence,you can get this to work on any map,any time when you cast 2
