Serious Quinn Bug (Constant Valor that cant be reversed)

Shortly after I got level 6 and used my ult for the first time, i was doing well but as i got into trouble my support (Tahm Kench) Ate me to save me whilst my ult was still active, when he spat me out, i was stuck on valor but with no movement speed bonus and i could not press R to arrow storm out of it. I tried dying to fix it, i also tried disconnecting to fix it but neither of these worked. This lasted all game, I think what may have activated the bug was the fact that my ult timer probably ran out while i was in Tahm. I have video evidence as well, which i can send through an email if i am contacted.
