Chat system probelem

My chat system has been disconnected since last night， It keeps trying to reconnect and once it's connected, it will disconnect immediately. I have tried reinstall the game, and Hextech Repair Tool. Donest work. HHHHHHHEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP
