Garen Q
Recently I found out that when you activate Garen's Q you are unable to attack the enemy nexus. He just walks to it like it is a friendly structure and doesn't auto attack at all.

It's a distance problem, and has been reported quite a few times before. Hopefully the changes coming in the next patch will fix it, but for now you can manually walk Garen closer in order to use his Q on the nexus.
