Mastery token glitched

I'm a little confused. I got S- on Corki on ARAM and didn't get a token. After a little bit of forum browsing and googling I found that it could be only on Summoner's Rifts maps, which fine by me. The problem comes a couple games later I got an S- on Ezreal in ranked. I just don't know what to do anymore.

Update 8/4/16: Still no token. Ezreal is rank 5 so I know I met the qualification. HAve closed the client and relogged in. Tempted to due a complete reinstall.

Try closing your client, then relog-in. Then check to see if the tokens appear.

For the Ezreal game, were you already level 5 at the time or did you reach mastery level 5 in that same game?
