Tahm Kench devouring (Blood Lord) Vladimir

Hi, in a game yesterday I wasn't able to devour our Vladimir at all. I'm not sure if it appeared only after he had used his pool (I didn't try it before), but at least when I tried to devour him at any point in the game, I was unable to. Hovering my mouse over Vladimir and pressing w did nothing, while on other characters, Tahm moved to them (no matter the distance) and devoured them. It occurred with the Blood Lord Vlad skin, I can't say if it's a bug with the skin or Vlad in general.
