white gromp and white kha'zix

so one day about 4 days ago when i was playing ranked i saw the default khazix skin white and also the gromp white as well so a riot member told me to use the repair on the game i did it like 5 times and it still didnt work then i asked him again and he told me to reinstall the game i did that yesterday and they are still the same what can i do now i sent a message again yesterday and today and i got no response help me please
