Unable to connect to server. Please check your network connection and attempt to reconnect.

Before three weeks I got a ban for 20 minutes leavers that was because of a bug happened ! After the champ select screen I inter the loading screen but the screen was black and the i received a message said: Unable to connect to server. Please check your network connection and attempt and connect to your game . So I exit my game and logged in again and the same thing happened . So I think if i will reinstall the game it will be fixed** but no !!!!** and after the last update for lol it fixed but before 2 days i got the same bug happen and i still cant spectate or to get into a game . ** I hope this will be fixed please riot game fix this ?!** [sg-janna]
