Anivia wall is passable...
Looks passable to me every champ i tried was able to pass it ... this needs to be fixed

This is intended. While yes, the tool tip does say "impassable," what it really does is create "terrain" that acts like any other natural terrain in the game, meaning that you can't walk through it but "dashes" and "blinks" are still able to pass through it.
Yes you are able to jump over it.
