Looks passable to me every champ i tried was able to pass it ... this needs to be fixed

This is intended. While yes, the tool tip does say "impassable," what it really does is create "terrain" that acts like any other natural terrain in the game, meaning that you can't walk through it but "dashes" and "blinks" are still able to pass through it.

but the problem with that is impassable has a definition tht says cant go over or through idk about you but tht seems to be going over to me

Okay, is there a possible clarity issue with the words Riot chose? Yeah, I can see it, but I can also say with absolute certainty that this is working as intended.

Any champion created terrain, like Anivia's wall or Jarvan's ultimate, will act like natural terrain, which means that dashes, like Kha'Zix's E (yes, I know it looks like a jump, but it's still classified as a "dash"), and blinks, like Ezreal's E, are able to pass through it. The only one that I can think of off the top of my head that doesn't work like this is Azir's ultimate, but that's only because his ability specifically states that it stops enemy dashes.
