Black screen after champ select

Every time i enter a game my screen goes black and says i hace disconnected to the server. I have tried reinstalling everything an cleanng my computer and absolutley nothing works. I keep getting banned for going afk even though there is nothing i can do about it. I have done all of the riot trouble shooting tips and still no help. Any help guys?
