Low priority queue

On my PBE account I have a low priority 10 minute queue before each game, I've played a lot of games on PBE probably exceeds over 25 games or so but still have the 10 minute queue time I'm wondering when will it stop. I've also only been AFK due to a fire alarm in my building but I got a 10 minute queue time because of that.

there is no priority queue simply the pbe user base is tiny in comparision to the real game.
