Didn't get Mission reward?

With the new mission "Rune Archivist" you get an emblem as well as a random epic mystery skin. Weirdly enough i just flat out didn't, the random skin. Anyone else have this issue?

Didn't get a skin as well the mission just seems to be completed and disappeared but didnt get a skin

I just tried relogging and have not gotten the skin, but I do have the emblem. Am I just not looking in the right place? I checked the "Loot" tab

How do you even get the mission? Just curious, because I got no missions to do.
