Didn't get Mission reward?

With the new mission "Rune Archivist" you get an emblem as well as a random epic mystery skin. Weirdly enough i just flat out didn't, the random skin. Anyone else have this issue?

Didn't get a skin as well the mission just seems to be completed and disappeared but didnt get a skin

I just tried relogging and have not gotten the skin, but I do have the emblem. Am I just not looking in the right place? I checked the "Loot" tab

Okay I think ironically enough I got the reward before completing the mission itself, because right when I logged on after updating I got Warring Kingdoms Vi, which I was confused as to why or how but sometimes I just get stuff from Riot because they're cool. I may have actually just gotten the reward due to a bug then when I actually played my first game, I was super confused as to what skin I would've gotten because I already got it before completing the mission at all. Not sure but it seems that way just because I got the Vi skin for no reason
