Lost LP for Canceling Queue

I just queued up for a ranked game and canceled the queue a minute or so afterwards. I lost 6 LP and now I have a 5 minute queue restriction.

Note that I didn't dodge in champ select. I just clicked the X at the top of the screen while waiting for a game. After clicking X, I got a message saying that I am already in a game and then it closed. I was able to queue again and waited in queue for about 5 minutes and canceled it, (assuming it was bugged) and then got a message stating that I recently dodged a game in champion select.

After waiting the 5 minutes, I've now been in a queue for another game for 10 minutes now and no game has popped up.

EDIT: Oh, and now I have a 25 minute queue restriction and I lost 10 more LP.
