[Gameplay] Jax Q broken interactions with Conqueror, Electrocute, and Phase Rush

Jax's Q does not count toward the "attacks or abilities" requirement for ANY keystone if triggered at the beginning of his combo.
The following combos do NOT EVER proc phase rush, or electrocute, and lose 2 stacks of conqueror: Q>AA>W Q>AA>AA Q>AA>E Q>E>AA Q>W>E Etc...
When opening with another ability or an AA, then using Q after (e.g. AA>W>Q, E>Q>AA), keystones act normally.
(Edit: I originally believed the issue was only with phase rush, but after testing, it's a problem with all keystones that require some number of attacks and abilities to activate.)
