My final mastery 7 token is unobtainable due to the hextech bug a while ago

Before I get to the point of this: the reason im posting here is because I cannot login to Riot Support right now so I have to take my chance trying to get help here on the forum.

I've been playing alot of Nami and getting mostly S ranks in my games. However as soon as I completed and got my first S rank on nami in a long time (haven't played her in nearly a year) I was shocked to not get a mastery 7 token.

The A rank mentioned on my profile is where the bug happened when I got the S+ with 8/0/19 KDA.

in the next image it says that I have achieved S rank on nami this season when really i've already earned S+.

Still after all this effort Im still stuck with 2 mastery 7 tokens on nami. These two tokens were earned back in season 6. I don't have any proof of those tokens were obtained during season 6 but I hope someone at riot can check my hextech inventory and find the date those were earned to prove that im telling the truth.

Can someone at Riot just transfer me my last mastery 7 nami token? because of the hextech bug a few days ago I've been unable to obtain the token.

Unless normal S ranks no longer trigger the mastery 7 tokens and I never knew about this because it always worked for me.

Also I went 1 trick nami support in ranked in just a few days and got gold 5 after doing some practice in normals https://i.imgur.com/bHX9ayW.png?NoRedirect
