Everything freezes in its spot and all I can see is champs moving around. Gameplay

I get into a game then about 20-25 minutes later everything freezes and all I can see is champions moving around and losing some HP, all the minions stay where they are and just sit there frozen with the champions just moving around (well sliding). I encounter this bug about 3 times in a match and then I am forced to quit the game and reconnect, but sometimes that doesn't work and I have to wait a long time. I also cant see any abilities being used.

I don't know how it is happening so I can't reproduce it.

During my last few games of league. I freeze due to problems with the server, however, im on all internet and it says its due to league of legends server crash. What do i do.

It's just your packet loss and ping getting absurdly high for a few seconds. I'm constantly monitoring my network activities when I play and this same thing always occurs when I'm losing tons of packets.

I've got the same thing, but its not packetloss or Lag, as i monitor it when it happens. Hots works perfectly while this happens though.
