Sion ult bug [GAMEPLAY]

So I've gotten to play Sion rework three times, but all three times his ult hasn't been working correctly. Whenever I use it the camera locks on to Sion like it should, but instead of staying in one fixed position the camera slowly pans to where Sion is ahead of the camera and I am running blind. I don't think this is how it's suppose to work but if someone knows what I'm doing wrong or if they're having the same issue please help.
