Baron Not Buffing :(

Was watching a spectator game through the client, and red team baron was not buffing all of the minions. The melee minions were buffed, and you can see the canon minion under is buffed, but the casters are not buffed. This happened a couple of times, same sets of minions. It is also not a visual bug, as you can see the damage Nocturne's Q did to them (props to whoever made the nocturne's Q's hand ;) )

Would these minions have turned the tide and allowed red to take the tower instead of getting countered and losing the game? Maybe, maybe not, but damn it they should be given the opportunity to try!
