Problem with the Replay System

The replay downloads and plays fine, but whenever I try to record a clip with the recording circle button, it just says video initialization error. I have no clue why this happens or how to fix it, I've tried searching online but I couldn't find anything. Any help?

P.S I admit, my computer is pretty old. But I'd still like to know what the real problem is.
