Mouse Glitches

Currently having an issue where the sensitivity on the cursor in game is oddly jittery. When I move it rapidly instead of quickly moving to one side of the screen, it literally "jumps". I reset everything to default settings and do not run any 3rd party apps. Still cannot figure it out and makes it to where I cannot quickly move my mouse accurately across the screen without it jumping and skipping to the edge of the screen. I have also attempted to lower the sensitive settings, but it doesn't fix this. It only occurred after the most recent patch 6.20.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

if its a wireless mouse or a laser/optical mouse it could be suffering from wave interference. if it's a ball mouse you might need to clean the ball. you could have a dirty mouse pad or an uneven surface for the mouse to read off of.

That actually is not anything to do with the Client. That it YOU'RE mouse. you need to either give it a good clean and see if it works and if not you will need to get a new one.

same, since 6.20 can't play league correctly, my sensi/mouse is broken.

I have been having same problems since patch 6.20, i play on a mac. my mouse sensitivity just gets so odd during game.. riot pls, fix, game is almost unplayable with this issue. I have 3 mouses and I have tried them all, same problem still occurs.
