Sion E Bug
There is a Sion E Bug that happens after you e after you use a fully charged q. The e either disappears or it simply does no damage to the caster minions. I have found this bug to be 100 % reproducible.

Was just about to report this, thx for saving me the trouble. It's my belief that this bug occurs when you e as the minion is rising from the q knock up, which would explain why it doesn't happen unless q is mostly charged simply because of e cast time. I've done this a hundred times and I really wish it would be fixed. Anyway, if you wait until the minion starts to descend like you did in the second attempt it will still function properly in my experience. For the time being this should help anyone who wants to avoid this .
